Soporex Bankruptcy Overview |

Chain of events Surrounding the Bankruptcy of Soporex and several companies:
Med4Home, a subsidiary of Lincare, Inc. [NASDAQ: LNCR ] a public company purchased certain assets of the following companies for $40,000:
- Soporex Repiratory, Inc.
- Windmar Diagnostics North Central, Inc.
Many sources have stated this was a questionable purchase price and action by Lincare. Read the articles which support this assertion.

E-Health Solve, Inc. and Convergent Media Network, Ltd. entered into a software and services contract with, Soporex, Inc. a Delaware corporation operated out of Dallas. This is a completely different company than the Lincare/Med4Home purchase was conducted with. E-Health and Convergent with Busienss Associates under these contracts, and provided communication and software services for patients and hosted all of the technology necessary for the Soporex, Inc. business.
